Sans Narkoojee’s Chardonnays have built up somewhat of a cult following now selling out in matter on months from date of release. The excellent 2018 season produced fruit of exceptional quality which was fermented using wild yeasts indigenous to the Narkoojee vineyard. Maturation took place in mostly older French oak barriques.
