Sans Ryder is the entry level label of Reillys wines, sourced from premium vineyards in the Watervale sub region of Clare Valley, these bold, fruit driven wines are renown for delivering terrific bang for your buck.Matured in a combination of French and American oak for 15 months. Dense black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Spicy dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas jump out of the glass followed by some vanillin oak and earth notes. Rich, opulently textured dark plum, black cherry and liquorice fruits carry plenty of weight with toasty vanillin oak and spicy earth elements lying underneath. Excellent concentration and depth for the price with a velvety yet sturdy tannin structure. Concludes long and plush.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 15%
