Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lime, citrus and more subtle orange rind aromas leap out of the glass with hints of talc and mineral ensuing. Filling the mouth are concentrated lemon and lime flavours with an undercard of green apple, chalky talc and mineral elements. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity and a long powerful lemon, lime, chalky talc and mineral aftertaste.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
