Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark to brick red hue. Black cherry, liquorice and leather aromas emerge out of the glass followed by some scorched earth and dried herb notes. Rich black cherry, black raspberry and liquorice fruits carry plenty of weight and density as well as a ripe opulent feel. Notions of scorched earth, subtle leather and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Chewy tannins finishing long, succulent and slightly rustic.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 14.5%
