Sans A blend of Mourvedre, Cinsault and Grenache from vines 30-55 years old aged for between 18-24 months in foudres. Dark red core with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of red currant infused with herb du Provence are trailed by red cherry, earth, rose petal and spicy cedar notes. Medium weighted juicy red currant and red cherry fruits infused with fresh Mediterranean herbs drive the palate which is shaped by chewy tannins. Notions of earth and spicy cedar lie underneath.
