Sans Certified Biodynamic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense ripe pear, baked apple and honeycomb like aromas fill the nostrils with hints of musk and ginger also apparent. Rich pear, ripe apple and honeysuckle flavours have a luscious feel yet are underscored by wonderful fresh acidity. Subtle musk and quince elements linger through the back half. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a harmoniously elegant conclusion.Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 13.5%
