The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged in French oak barrels (partly new). Regular lees stirring enhances texture, and malolactic fermentation softens acidity. This Chardonnay offers aromas of white fruits, complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a creamy texture that adds a refreshing smoothness. Balanced and elegant, it delivers a crisp, lingering finish.
