Sans Domaine Hubert Lignier is one of Burgundy’s finest addresses, producing wines that show profound depth, complexity, and structure with capacity for wonderful development in the cellar. Winemaking is quite traditional, with grapes being de-stemmed and fermented in open-top cement tanks with natural yeasts. Elevage is around 18 months for the Bourgogne and village wines, while the premier and grand cru wines remain in barrel for 20-24 months. All wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
