Sans A consistently excellent Pinot Grigio, the juice for this wine was wild fermented on full solids in old oak, and mixed on lees to provide additional texture. This was then blended with another wild fermented parcel of Pinot Grigio to create a balanced, aromatic and textural wine.Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of pear, red apple skin and a hint of lime are subtlety overlaid by light honeysuckle with traces of pebble stones and spice following on. Fresh pear and red apple flavours fill the mouth within a rounded textural feel. Finishes with traces of honeysuckle and stony mineral characters. Crisp and dry with good length and a delicious well rounded aftertaste.Drink now.Alc. 13.5%
