Vines planted on deep gravel soils that reflect the estate’s historic Médoc terroir. Fruit was selected and managed to deliver ripe, fresh character and accessible structure. Fully destemmed and hand-sorted grapes fermented for 6â€? days at 26â€?8°C, followed by 28â€?0 daysâ€?maceration. Aged 12 months in French oak and vats with minimal fining. Attractive nose of sweet red cherry and plum with hints of cedar and savoury notes. Full-bodied with firm tannins and concentrated fruits. This can be enjoyed now but will keep for a few years.
