Sans Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced lime juice, green apple and citrus aromas leap out of the glass trailed by some talc, light orange rind and wet steel notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime juice, citrus and spicy green apple show great intensity across the palate underscored by elements of wet steel and subtle chalky talc characters which lend some minerality to the long finish. Crunchy acidity with more than ample length to the powerful, tangy aftertaste.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
