Potent lime, green apple, citrus and orange rind scents fill the nostrils with talc and hints of chalky minerals also evident. Intense lemon and lime flavours lead into a mouth watering finish that’s lined with racy acidity. Nuances of green apple, wet steel, light talc and minerals also chime in on the long linear aftertaste.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 11%
