Sans Vinea Marson’s Sangiovese has Italy stamped all over it. The 2019 was picked marginally later than a regular vintage (approximately early April) allowing the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. Post fermentation/maceration the wine was racked off into a mix of 20% new barrique and tonneau for a maturation period of 12 months.
