Hand-harvested in early morning in order to preserve the natural freshness of the grapes. Barrel fermented in French oak (225L and 500L), using 2nd to 4th fill barrels. No malolactic fermentation, aged for 12 months on the lees for enhanced texture and complexity. Fresh tropical fruit and orange peel aromas. Delicate and round on the palate with toasty notes.
