Sans Much of the reputation for Corsican wine lays in the production of cheap and plentiful rosé, yet Vaccelli target a more serious and food friendly example. Vaccelli Rosé is 100% Sciaccarellu from vines averaging 30 years old and planted on slopes of sandy granitic soils. Pale onion skin in colour, juicy white strawberry and peach fruit abounds married to citrus peel and white florals. A gastronomic rosé with ageing potential of 6-8 years.
