Hand-harvested grapes are fully destemmed and gently transferred by gravity into concrete vats. Fermentation takes place over 15 days using traditional methods and native yeasts, with no fining. The wine is aged for 3 months in vats, then 12 months in 3- to 4-year-old Burgundy oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered. This deep red wine opens with aromas of red berries and candied black fruits. The palate is smooth and rounded, offering a harmonious balance of ripe fruit, gentle sweetness, and soft tannins.
