Significant investment in oak and a deep respect for the region’s traditions have defined their approach. The family’s vineyards are spread across several picturesque villages in Burgundy, including Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, and their home in Aloxe-Corton, where they have cultivated vines for five generations.

Hailing from the esteemed Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru region in the Côte de Beaune, Tollot-Beaut’s Les Vercots 1er Cru is a rustic and robust wine, offering a captivating blend of red cherries, spice, and earthy notes. With substantial weight and ripe tannins, it is aged for 18 months in 50% new Burgundian pièce, imparting a refined depth and complexity. This red Burgundy exemplifies the region’s renowned versatility, boasting high acidity, medium body, and balanced alcohol, making it a superbly food-friendly wine, characterized by its earthy and occasionally gamey nuances.
