Sans Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olive and cigar box emerge from the glass followed by some earth and spicy capsicum notes. Rich blackcurrant fruits are intermeshed with dusty vanillin cedar, tobacco, dill like characters and spicy black olives. Good flesh and body with a firmish tannin structure concluding medium to long.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 14.5%
