Sans The 2020 vintage for Luna Eclipse Pinot Noir was highly promising, with successful flowering and a long, dry ripening season, though water stress appeared in some blocks due to the dry conditions. Harvest took place from March 15-30 at Eclipse Vineyard, with fruit primarily from the 1992 Pinot Noir plantings. Fermentation included de-stemming and whole berry preservation, with some whole bunch fermentation. The wine underwent a slow fermentation, followed by 12 months of maturation in French oak (20% new) and 7 months in tank. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur additions.
