Sans Made from Pinot Nero and Nerello Mascalese grapes. A buoyant mousse holds well, slowly subsiding to reveal a pale salmon pink coloured base that has a nibble stream of bubbles coursing through it. The nose is filled with strawberry and blood orange aromas which intermingle with some yeast lees, citrus and subtle bready notes. Caressing the palate with an airy feel are delicious peach, strawberry and blood orange fruits. Subtle bready yeast lees characters linger underneath. Refreshingly dry with crisp acidity and a long flavour filled finish.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 12.5%
