After selecting the finest wines from local cooperatives, a custom blend is created using hand-harvested grapes from 50-year-old vines, with yields limited to a maximum of 2 kg per vine. Fermented with selected yeast in stainless steel. Matured for 4 months in American and 4 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in bottle. Ripe red fruits with some mineral tones and slightly roasted spices. The palate is broad, harmonious and structured, rich in nuances with a very long finish.
