Sans Aged for 18 months in a mix of third and fourth fill French oak. Super saturated inky black heart with an equally deep bright dark red black hue. Morello cherry and liquorice aromas infused with a mix of dried herbs and earthy graphite like notes are followed by hints of spicy vanillin cedar. Juicy and bright the palate features freshly crushed dark to morello cherry and liquorice flavours over infusions of Mediterranean herbs and spicy earth. Very energetic acidity with dry, chalky tannins and a finish that’s taut and tightly wound.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.5%
