Grapes are hand-harvested from old vines: 52-year-old Syrah and 74-year-old Grenache. Ageing lasts for 18 months, with 85% of the wine in French oak barrels and 15% in stainless steel. Aromas of fresh red berries, red cherries, herbal with hints of lavender, dried thyme, androsemary. Full-bodied, lovely texture, elegant with silky tannins.
