Certified organic and biodynamic since 1994, their south-facing terraced vineyards are nestled on steep slopes with views of the Pyrenees Mountains. This cuvée was crafted to be a lighter wine, ready to enjoy just one year after harvest. The Petit Manseng grapes come from specific terrace parcels, offering a fresher and less ripe profile to the richness of the Gros Manseng.
