Handpicked from 80 to 100-year-old vines, with naturally low yields of around 15 hL/ha, ensuring exceptional concentration and character. Traditional winemaking with separate vinification by variety. Fully destemmed, fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel and oak, with daily pump-overs. Aged 12 months on fine lees in varied oak barrel sizes. Ripe wild berry and cherry fruits on the nose. Ample on the palate with very smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity.
