Sans Produced from approximately 70% Gamay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from vines with an average age of 40 years old. Semi translucent red to dark red core with black toned edges and a red tinged hue. The nose is greeted with fragrant scents of sour to red cherries, violets, winter strawberries and provincial herbs which are trailed by hints of clove and spicy earth. Light and elegant in its feel, savoury red cherry, winter strawberry and forest floor flavours are spread across the palate. Notions of dried herbs and spicy cedar are also evident.
