The grapes are sourced from the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Northern Rhône Valley, France. Traditional vinification methods are employed, including fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes a maceration period of 12 to 15 days. After fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by hints of clove and allspice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with good acidity and fine tannins.
