Sans Matured for 12 months in seasoned French oak. Black as night at its core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose expels aromas of blackberry and dark plum followed by some liquorice, hints of blueberry, scorched earth and pepper. Rich blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits carry medium to full body weight with subtle elements of vanillin cedar and peppered earth lying underneath. Fine grained tannins finishing with good freshness and a bright blue to dark fruited aftertaste.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 14.5%
