Sans From vines planted in 1973 with ageing taking place in French oak for a period of 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach, pear and dried honey scents are married to subtle roasted almond, lemon butter and faint gun flint notes. Light to mid weight with a fresh elegant feel the palate features pear and citrus fruits over grapefruit, biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint. Finishes with brisk acidity and a tightly focused conclusion.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
