Sans A blend of 48% Grenache, 27% Shiraz and 25% Mourvedre with maturation taking place in 3 and 4 year old French oak barriques for a period of 15 months. Deep dark red black colour with a bright red purple hue. Wafting from the glass are intense dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry aromas which are complimented by red plum, vanillin confectionary and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich juicy dark raspberry, plum, liquorice and ripe cherry fruits flood the palate with vanillin confectionary, scorched earth and pepper unfolding across the back half. Shapely and opulent yet fresh with velvet smooth tannins it has an amply powered finish that’s long and succulent.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
