Sans From a renown McLaren Vale winery, this brilliant value Cabernet was sourced from vines aged between 25 and 50 years old. Each parcel of fruit was harvested and handled separately. After fermenting on skins for 10 days, the fruit was transferred to a combination of new (15%), second- and third-use French oak barrels where it was matured for 15 months.
