Sans From the same estate as the 2021 Nicks Secret TW Blewitt Springs Shiraz, this label is the proprietors personal project which is mostly centred around single site expressions from Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. Normally selling for around $60, this Grenache is sourced from Barossa’s famed Greenock sub district. Maturation took place in 500 litre French oak puncheons for a period of 10 months.
