Sans Aged in mix of French and American oak for 14 months. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright purple red hue. Alluring scents of dark raspberries, liquorice and dark cherries sail through the nostrils complimented by some confectionary and subtle spicy mocha notes. Rich and succulent the palate is awash with juicy dark raspberry, ripe cherry and liquorice fruits which overlay a confectionary and subtle peppered earth back drop.
