Sans Barrel fermented in 20% new French oak and then matured for a further 9 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and pear are intermeshed with subtle dried honey, cashew and flint notes. Mid weighted white peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours carry a gentle creamy feel with notions of biscuity nougat, light cashew and spice sitting underneath. Finishes fresh, refined and lengthy.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 12.9%
