Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry and winter strawberry aromas emerge out of the glass followed by some fresh herb, stalky cedar and dusty earth notes. Light and vibrant the palate is intensely flavoured with delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruits which are underpinned by crunchy acidity and firming tannins which impart a grainy feel. Infusions of fresh herbs, subtle rhubarb, forest floor and spicy cedar lie underneath. Finishes with a long fresh red fruited aftertaste.Drink over the next 6-8 years.Alc. 13%
