Sans A 100% Sauvignon Blanc aged for 7 months on fine lees in new 225 litre medium toast French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with yellow green tinged edges and a watery hue. Gooseberry and lime aromas have a distinct pencilly cedar and spice overlay followed by some herbaceous grassy end notes. Lime, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours show good intensity across the palate with pencilly cedar, spice and herbaceous asparagus like characters lying underneath. Rounded mid palate feel finishing dry and crisp with a medium length aftertaste.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc. 13%
