Cool maceration of 5 days (8â€?0 °C), fermentation occurs at 26â€?0 °C using cultural yeast. The wine matures for over 20 months in French oak, blending 65% old barrels with 35% new. Ripe blackcurrant, mulberry, and cherry layered with subtle vanilla and, after aeration, a hint of spice. The palate is powerful yet balanced—velvety tannins and lively acidity.
