Sans Co-fermented with Viognier and aged in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak barriques. Dense midnight black heart with a dark red hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with faint hints of dried apricot, vanillin cedar and spice. Nicely fleshed the mid weighted palate features red plum and liquorice fruits over vanillin cedar, light earth and spicy pepper characters. Refined feel with polished tannins and a medium length conclusion that shows good finesse.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
