Made by the Mazzei Family who started producing wine at Chianti in 1435. In 2003 they acquired Zisola, in Sicily with the aim to promote local vine varieties that express their terroir in respect of diversity and nature, via sustainable agriculture.

Aged 10 months in small French oak barrels, it is a well structured wine with forest fruits and sunny orange peel flavors. Great length and complexity.
