The grapes come from vineyards located on the Côte de Beaune, where the clay-limestone soils create ideal growing conditions. Sustainable viticulture practices are employed, ensuring healthy, low-yielding vines. After careful hand harvesting and sorting, the grapes undergo fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (20% new), with regular bâtonnage to enhance texture. Bottled without filtration. Aromas of citrus, green apple, and subtle notes of hazelnut. The palate is round and elegant, with flavours of ripe stone fruits, lemon zest, and a delicate touch of oak spice. The finish is fresh, with mineral-driven precision.
