The vineyards are situated on Kimmeridgian soils, rich in limestone and fossils, contributing to the wine’s finesse and minerality. The vines are approximately 30 years old. Fermented at low temperatures using indigenous yeasts and undergoes malolactic fermentation which gives it extra texture and complexity.Aromas of white flowers, citrus alongside hints of minerals. Light and refreshing on the palate with a crisp acidity.
