A rare white Chinon. Vines planted in a goblet pruning system in Cravant les Coteaux village in Chinon. Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc. Whole bunch pressing and fermentation in barrels for three months. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels before bottling. Very small production annually, between 500 and 800 bottles.
