The Garons and their two sons own over seven hectares of vines in Côte Rôtie, in the very north of the Rhône Valley and work plot by plot to produce mainly traditional wine. They also produce a Côtes du Rhône as a merchant under the label Famille Garon.

Made mainly with Syrah sourced from the northern Rhône and some Grenache and Carignan from the south of the region. The Syrah was aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Aromas of ripe red and black berry with notes of spice and dry herbs. Medium-bodied and vibrant on the palate with chewy tannins and a bright acidity.
