Aged in French toasted oak with one or two bâtonnages to enhance texture and depth. Clear and brilliant, the colour reveals pale gold with iridescent green highlights. The nose is delicate, offering subtle notes of white flowers like jasmine, lifted by fresh citrus aromas.
