Rendez-Vous is a Premier Cru 0.90 ha vineyard with 40-year-old vines. The plots are ploughed, with harvesting done both manually and mechanically. Pneumatic pressing, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 15 months: 50% in 1�-year-old barrels on fine lees, and 50% in vats. Vibrant notes of ripe orchard fruits with hints of toasted almonds and subtle minerality. The palate is rich and textured, showcasing the depth of old vines, while a bright acidity provides balance and finesse with a long, lingering finish.
