Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Delightful pear and lime aromas infused with fresh herbs show excellent intensity out of the glass complimented by hints of green apple, distinct wet stone and faint hints of dried honey. Concentrated, deep and gorgeously shaped across the palate, moreish pear and lime fruits laced with wet stone greet the front half. Lingering underneath are notions of oyster shell and chalky mineral characters. Brisk acidity with a well rounded, river stone like feel to the long finish.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
