Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted red apple skin and pear aromas mix with hints of lime, honeysuckle and orange blossom. Possessing good textural volume and concentration the palate is filled with red apple and lime fruits. Subtle infusions of orange blossom, wet slate and minerals lie underneath. Finishes dry with crisp green apple like acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 12.5%
