Harvested at optimum maturity from organically farmed vines at Château Guiraud in Bordeaux. Partial fermentation and ageing on the lees, split between stainless steel and neutral barrels for around 6 months. Minimal malolactic conversion on some parcels. A vibrant and refreshing Bordeaux blanc with aromas of citrus, white peach, and subtle floral notes. Crisp and well-balanced with flavours of lemon zest, green apple, and a hint of minerality, finishing with a clean, lingering freshness.
