All grapes are delicately hand-harvested from certified organic vineyards, ensuring both quality and respect for the environment. Hand-harvested with selection in the vineyard. Whole bunches are gently pressed with no sulphur added during pressing. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Aged on fine lees for 6 to 9 months, followed by filtration before bottling. Full bodied with intense and ripe aromas of lychees alongside spices and white flowers notes.
