Sans From the Tonnerre region located near Chablis. Bright pale straw colour with yellow straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and nectarine infused with wet slate are followed by some dried honey and oyster shell notes. Fleshy pear, dried honey and green apple flavours overlay a wet slate and saline oyster shell like backdrop. Finishes dry with a lick of fresh acidity lending energy to the nicely shaped finish.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 12.5%
